Welcome to Learnastra. By accessing or using our website, mobile applications (including Word Genie, Agency, Memvoy, and KRKB), or educational services (Learnastra Academy), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms").

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Learnastra, LLC ("Learnastra," "we," "us," or "our"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Services.

2. Eligibility

Learnastra operates a suite of products with specific age requirements:

  • Learnastra Academy: Strictly 18+. Designed for professional adult learners only.
  • Agency & Memvoy: Designed for users 16+.
  • KRKB: Users under 13 may only use KRKB with verifiable parental consent in compliance with COPPA.

3. User Accounts and Security

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Learnastra is not liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your password.

4. Software Subscriptions (Apps)

For our software products (Word Genie, Agency):

  • Billing: Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis.
  • Cancellations: Refunds are handled according to the policy of the platform (Apple App Store/Google Play Store) where the purchase was made.

5. Learnastra Academy Specific Terms

The following terms apply specifically to the "Learnastra Academy" training programs:

5.1 Nature of Service

Learnastra Academy offers professional development workshops and training. We are not an accredited university or vocational school. Our programs are designed for the upskilling of existing professionals.

5.2 No Employment Guarantee

Completion of our program does not guarantee employment, specific job titles, or salary increases. Any mentions of "Placement Support" refer to career coaching, resume reviews, and portfolio guidance, not a promise of a job offer.

5.3 Refund Policy

Before Start Date: A full refund is available if requested in writing at least 7 days prior to the cohort start date.
After Start Date: Due to the live, limited-seat nature of the program, no refunds will be issued once the cohort has commenced.

5.4 Code of Conduct

We maintain a professional environment. We reserve the right to dismiss any student without refund who engages in harassment, hate speech, or disruptive behavior during live sessions.

6. Intellectual Property

Software: The Service and its original content are owned by Learnastra.
Academy: Course materials (slides, proprietary codebases, blueprints) remain the property of Learnastra. You are granted a personal license to use them. Student Work: You retain full ownership of the code and projects you create during the course.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Learnastra shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. For Academy participants, our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid for the program.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, United States.
