At Learnastra, we take your privacy seriously. This Policy explains how we collect and use your information across our apps (Word Genie, Agency, Memvoy, KRKB) and our educational services (Learnastra Academy).

1. Information We Collect

1.1 App Data

For our software apps, we collect usage data (game progress, retention scores). For Word Genie, we process ephemeral voice data for pronunciation analysis but do not permanently store raw audio logs.

1.2 Academy Data (Student Records)

If you enroll in Learnastra Academy, we collect:

Identity data (Name, LinkedIn profile, Resume).
Coursework (Code submissions, project links).
Session Recordings: Live classes are recorded for student playback. Your voice and video participation may be captured in these recordings.

2. Children’s Privacy (KRKB)

For KRKB (Kids Review Kids Books), we comply with COPPA. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without verifiable parental consent.

3. How We Use Your Information

To provide the Services (App functionality or Course delivery).
To process payments via Stripe/Apple/Google.
Credential Verification: We may use your Academy records to verify your certification status if inquired by a potential employer (with your implied consent via listing the certification on your resume).

4. Sharing of Information

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with essential service providers (e.g., hosting the Academy on a Learning Management System, processing payments).

5. Data Security

We use administrative and technical security measures. However, no electronic transmission is 100% secure.
